Also look back at your food history, did you consume an excessive amount of sugar? By being able to describe how you feel during the occurrence of a symptom and by being able to tell your doctor what you ate that day and how you were feeling before the symptoms occurred is crucial in helping your doctor diagnose your medical issue be it diabetes or something else.
