“Simply Raw: Raw for 30 Days” Trailer (Reversing Diabetes in 30 days!)
“Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days” is an independent documentary film that chronicles six Americans with diabetes who switch to a diet consisting entirely of vegan, organic, uncooked food in order to reverse disease without pharmaceutical medication. The six are challenged to give up meat, dairy, sugar, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, soda, junk food, fast food, processed food, packaged food, and even cooked food for 30 days. The film follows each participant’s remarkable journey and captures the medical, physical, and emotional transformations brought on by this radical diet and lifestyle change. We witness moments of struggle, support, and hope as what is revealed, with startling clarity, is that diet can reverse disease and change lives. The film highlights each of the six before they begin the program and we first meet them in their home environment with their families. Each participant speaks candidly about their struggle to manage their diabetes and how it has affected every aspect of their life, from work to home to their relationships. Reactions varied to this regime. All experienced a variety of emotions about the new diet and new lifestyle that they were immersed in. Some adapted to the changes more easily, others expressed feelings of deprivation and frustration with the shift from their familiar diet and environment. After a short time following the protocol, their blood sugar levels began dropping without medication and they were delighted as their …

Is 2:54 the same grumpy old man from 1:23??????
Wait, no I don’t think so. But still that’s an amazing reaction.
But I have a question. Do these results stay? That is, will they get diabetes within a few days of a normal diet or do they need to stay raw forever? Will they be able to safely enjoy a piece of cake with their family or do they need to be 100% raw forever??
@1OriginalQueen yes!
Most important statement…”Now my M I N D is allowing my body to heal.”
How come doctor’s don’t get it? C’mon…they get it…but they’d be out of business if they admitted to that! C’mon people…WE KNOW BETTER!!! Let’s take our health back into OUR OWN HANDS!!!
can you eat banans and sweet fruits i wonder ? i appreciate your reply
I do not have diabetes..BUT I am here to say that RAW food will cure many things..not only Diabetes..Once those enzymes start pumping in your body..your body thrives and rejoices..stop feeding yourself poisonous food and making those fat cats rich at your healths expense..do whats right for yourself or get a blanky and a botle and crawl nto your corner of food addictions
Feawin. I was cured of diabetes in two weeks doing the exact same thing these people did, and i continue to do it because it saves my life. So maybe next time dont waste your time writing a paragraph about something you know absolutely nothing about.

Feawin. I was cured of diabetes eating this way, and I have continued to eat this way. So…dont waste you’re time typing a huge paragraph when you don’t know a single thing your talking about.
Diabetes=S.A.D.(Sad American Diet)+ No Exercise
This video has a lot of false assumptions in it. Quite frankly even though a lot of eating habits contribute to type 2 diabetes there is more to it than that. I saw no mention of exercise in this camp program. Yet this is the fastest way and most productive way to reduce blood sugar and medicine dependence. Type 1 diabetes is also very different. This type of program can not cure it. Also Newsweek as a source of reasons? Please they are so dishonest I would never use them as a source.
I don’t see how its gotten out of control… cause all I still see on TV and in magazines is a bunch of crap food.
And no, anorexia is not better. But eating REAL food is pretty easy. Fat is a choice. I mean doctor’s are now telling their patients that they just “have the fat gene” and there’s nothing they can really do about it! WTHECK is that all about? Thats horrible, and gives people no hope. Lets say there is a “fat gene”, then that same person better develop the diet & exercise gene
I completely agree that many Americans have disgusting eating habits, but has our anti-processed foods, anti-obesity sentiments gone out of control? At one point, I would consider myself terrified of gaining weight and getting type 2 diabetes(ridiculous considering my weight/diet) but I still feared being one of those fat teens with their head chopped off on the 5 o’clock news as the image of fat. Is a lifestyle of anorexia really better than that of an obese/overweight American?
Yo haha. My bad, I didn’t see that comment was to someone else’s comment. I thought you meant the video itself…
But thanks for clearing it up with the mighty fine examples you listed!
Thanks 4 watching! Take care.

I mean what the fuck is wrong with us Americans?! How embarrassing are we – why does it take being quarantined to the mountains and deserts of Arizona to get us to recognize that it’s simply the common American diet that’s killing so many of us. We’re doomed if we’re this lost.
Wow, what an inside look. I hope evrything goes as well as can be expected with her new lifestyle. It’s really cool that you’re showing all of us these firsthand clips and letting us take a glimpse into this personal eating pattern and getting involved.
